Rendanheyi

In the Rendanheyi management model, where every employee (or value producing participant) is directly connected to their customers.

To my first viewing it includes every foundational organizational/management idea and discards the inessential or misleading parts of prior approaches. As Elinor Ostrom says, there are no panaceas. But NOT repeating things that don't work is a good idea.
